I used this several days ago to groom my Bichon Frise with excellent results! He was so much more relaxed than he was with the clippers that I had been using. The unit is much quieter and much lighter weight which is good. Having the smaller heads for face and paws is great. I haven't used the nail file yet as he is very unhappy when I do his nails. Generally, I'm very pleased with this product

After having some difficulties at my groomer, I decided to take matters into my own hands and buy some new equipment to groom my two pomeranians at home. This kit was the perfect size with multiple attachments and I was extremely pleased with the results of using the clippers and all three size attachments. It was quiet, easy to use and comfortable to hold.The nail grinder attachment was broken (as I've seen in a few other reviews), so I reached out to the oneisall support team by email, providing them my order number, date of order, model number and a picture of the problem part. Within a week, I received a replacment. Sadly, it was also broken, so I contacted them again and sent another picture. Within another week, it had the third one in hand and it was unbroken and ready to use. No argument, no grief about it. Very polite. Sometimes things happen in packaging or shipment and I understand that, but I couldn't have asked for more in the way that they handled the problem. Great product and great customer service.

I liked that the clippers came with a variety of sizes. I used the smallest one to try to get the fur between his pads. He was still a bit hesitant as he does not like his paws touched and I wanted to make sure that the unit did not get too hot as others have noted.I did this a little at a time...and he seemed to tolerate it and it worked well. Over time, I think this can be a very good clipper to get in those hard to reach places - in between pads, on his hind quarters and to clean up those sensitive areas that need to be kept clean.

Been needing something to cut hair in between dog pads without cutting or hurting them. This product does just that and trims hair and nails as well.

This is one unit with multiple heads. It is smaller than expected and not for doing the body. Works well in the face and paws. I was going to return it but after seeing how it works on the face and paws I have decided to keep it.

I purchased this for three tiny four week old puppies that I rescued & was caring for. I wanted to get them use to grooming since they were going to be needing to be groomed their whole lives especially being of Shitzu breed. It is not too noisy, charges & hold a charge for the whole time I need to do their feet, face & Fanny's. I have arthritis so I need something not too heavy or clumsy to hold, this fits those requirements. I am very happy with all of the attachments that come in this set. Unfortunately the razor was dropped with the largest blade onto my title floor by accident & now the blade doesn't work as well as it did. It was passed the return policy to ask for replacement but honestly it was a manufactured defect it was a human mistake. Great product!

I was surprised how well this clipper worked! It helps trim around my Goldendoodle's face and feet between groomings. And it is not very loud to scare Cooper. After using it for a few months I realized it needed charging, but found the incorrect cable was included. One quick email to their Customer Service and not only received a reply the next day, but received the correct cable sent at no charge with a few days.
