Does this jump starter has a boost function?

OXILAM is equipped with a smart chip that automatically detects the battery voltage. When the voltage is within the startable range (even less than 9V), the indicator light turns green. Then it can directly start dead battery without a booster.

How can I fully charge this car jump starter?

You can connect the included charging cable or your own one to a USB(5V) charger for charging, or connect it to your car's USB output port. For customer support, write to us at the contact information on the product sticker for full support

Why can’t I charge my mobile phone or other devices?

The jump starter has an ON/OFF switch button to prevent power loss. Please turn it on first, then press power to charge your phone.
