Avoid at all costs
This part cost me hours in labour and extra parts. Fitted without checking it against old one (my fault) wasn’t right for c35 combi by a long was. Tried new motor and plate hex before going back to cartridge and getting a genuine ideal part. Lesson learned I guess🤦🏼♂️

Purchased in September 2020 by the time I received and fitted was working fine warranty was only till end Oct shortly after no longer working but I understand this isn't a seller's fault as it would be a manufacturer default and can only be tested by a customer as myself seller was happy for myself to return and refund which I very much appreciated but also had purchased another from same seller received 7 January 2021 fitted and woohoo hot water thank you for your service and being very understanding I would highly recommend buying from them in the future x
