Good replacement for my OEM part with had become stuck (heating came on when hot water ran)Simple to fit on my neta tec 24. Hour job.Isolate boiler and water feed.Drain central heating system using drain tap on one of your radiators - leave open with large bucket, towel underneath.Remove boiler cover, locate diverter valve assembly, bottom RHS.Unclip pressure gauge head from valve assbly and remove - much more water will drain from tap.Remove gauge assbly. Unlclip and remove filter assbly which is next to gauge head port.Unclip diverter valve motor and move motor out of the way.Unclip diverter valve cartridge and jiggle / tug for many minutes until it breaks loose.Clean out port holes, clean filter.Apply grease to new cartridge, refit motor to cartridge and relocate into diverter valve assbly. Clip in.Also apply included silicon grease to orings on filter and pressure sensor head, refit filter, clip in, refit sensor head, clip in.Tighten radiator drain.Repressurise boiler. Whist checking for leaks. Run deairation routine on boiler. Bleed radiators. recheck for leaks.Bobs your uncle.
