The sizing on this is very small.

I can tell that this is an outstanding product. In all fairness I recently lost over 110 pounds and my arms show the signs of that. I ordered a large because that is my current size, but this wouldn't fit over my arms yet. It was a painful try, but the product I can tell will work for others.
