This product is a good tool for saving money in house

I bought these as a gift for my grandsons. They are super cheap and do not even fit together. Even if they did, they don't stay together. Great idea, but a great disappointment....

I am not the best saver, I first saw a box like this on IG for $40, so I went straight to Amazon and of coarse there was a $10 version. Let’s start with the good, it is fairly simple to assemble. It will help you visualize your saving goal, and it is relatively cheap. It’s fairly lightweight, made out of thin craft-wood, it’s flat packed and you fit the pieces together. However, it took forever to get to me. It does not have the plexiglass sheet over the dollar amounts so once you ‘x’ out an amount it may or may not be able to be seen again. Making it hard to know exactly how much you have in there, which may be a good thing depending on your personality. It has a handsome wood finish on one side, so a little unfinished wood peeks out. Overall I personally like it and will continue to use it, just be aware of all the little idiosyncrasies when you buy.

Can’t mark the front with the numbers. Ordered 2 but did not come with the plastic film to mark boxes and be able to erase them
