It was in locked. Position which i have received, it clearly tells you have send someone used product to me, usualy when we get new trally from any where it is oin open postion and Default combintaion is 000. Nothing it working and i am unable to return the product

Got delivered in a day. Ordered two sizes. Weight less and believe that it would last long. Warranty cardd are also received with the items.

Good looking acceptable quality luggage
Acceptable quality and need to be used carefully as they're not rugged. Will last if looked after well else might lead to breakage.

You can buy it but you will get something better in this price range
I liked the quality of the bag but its lock system is very bad and it also gets a lot of scratches. I take it with me for travelling but its price segment is quite perfect.
