Q: Size small weight height

I bought this for my 12 year old son. Weight is aprox. 95lbs. Height aprox 5'5". Bit big through the armpit area and around the legs,but length wise from groin to shoulder the fit was good and I don't think he'll be able to wear it again next year.

Q: Male 5'9" and weight 145lbs. what size for full suit?

Mine is a short sleeve/short leg suit. I'd try M - you an always return if not right.

Q: Is this suitable for competing in triathlons?

You could but I wouldn’t recommend it. For a tri you’ll want the smoother fabric. I bought this for training but now want a different one for racing.
