Just finished this bottle and think it works well like other Saw Palmetto products. I noticed less trips to the bathroom at night and less issues with dribble. I'm not sure if it helped with my hair thinning since I went through a shedding period while taking these supplements. It's the first Sam Palmetto product I've taken that has 9 ingredients in it. I liked that it's vegan, no soy, nuts and non gmo. At the time of ordering this, the price listed was $69.00 a bottle. Not sure if that was a typo. But if that is the price, I think you could find less expensive Sam Palmetto supplements that will work as well. Good product.

The bottle also has the name and address of the company. All of that inspires confidence. That said, I cannot give this a high recommendation because of the stomach upset and high price.
