Our 14yo son sometimes needs a little help at night, settling in and calming himself. He tried their sleep version first, but it didn't agree with him. We were so happy that these were not the same outcome! He thought these ones tasted better and were easy to chew. They've helped him so much! So excited to add these to his nightly routine.

I was really happy to see a calming magnesium product that is dosed appropriately. Many supplements offer way beyond daily values. I also really like that the manufacturer seems to be clean, though remember that FDA does not monitor quality and content of supplements. My son who is 8, can be quite fussy and hard to console at times. This magnesium supplement seems to help a bit with keeping those swings a bit less dramatic. Shockingly, he will eat these tabs willingly. I tried one and I did not like it. I wish that the bottle had a child safe lid, I caught my son opening the bottle to have some on his own. There are 30 tablets in the bottle, dosing is 2 tablets. That is a 15 day supply. I don't think that may families will find that to be an affordable option. I know that you are paying for the quality of the product, but still, the price is too high to sustain. Overall, I recommend this product with some reservations, primarily the high cost for a 15 day supply.

My daughter is 11 and said these are very helpful with her bedtime routine. She has been going through a phase with bad dreams, and these help to calm her before winding down for bed, because she was getting anxious about sleeping, for fear of having nightmares. The bottle came well packed, and all the tablets are intact. They have a lovely smell, and they chew up nicely, but I will say that my daughter doesn't think they taste very good. That could just be her palate, because they're supposed to be a strawberry vanilla, which typically she would enjoy. I appreciate the ingredient profile for this supplement, and feel safe giving this to my kiddos. I think it's a tad pricey, but you are paying for quality. I'd be happy to see a subscribe and save option for these.

Good ingredients, but they have an artificially sweet taste. Some kids might like it, others who are very sensitive might not. But I think they are still good tasting, even though they have that weird fake sugar aftertaste.

I purchased these chewables to help my daughter to try and relax a little bit. She loves the taste and constantly asks for her vitamins. I don’t see much of a difference in her behavior or relaxation. Will continue to use to see if there's any improvement.

Good product but my son didn’t like it. He’s very picky and it did not work for him. I wish it would have though. It’s maybe good for other toddlers but not my picky toddler unfortunately

This is a great product for calming kids after a long or hectic day. It tastes good, dissolves well, does not have a negative aftertaste, and works quickly without any side effects. It has all natural ingredients as well which is positive.

I had originally purchased these for my preschooler who gets wound up with big feelings at times...then I realized I should absolutely let him. It is totally a natural process of being a young child in learning how to regulate your emotions (with the help of an adult). Teaching my son to take a pill every time he gets wound up is not the message I want to ever pass on.And the thought of giving him calming agents to dull his emotions makes me feel terrible. So I repurposed these tablets for myself. I take both magnesium and saffron extract currently, which are the two active components of this formula. I take them in capsule form, so I was curious what a chewable would be like and how effective it would be in comparison.One, these do not taste good. I didn't expect them to taste like candy-but they are bitter and metallic. If I double the dosage of these-it is equivalent to the adult dose I take of both supplements, so that means chewing four tablets. Two, the form of magnesium used in this is the one which is used as a laxative. Why wouldn't the company use magnesium threonate, taurate, etc.? Lastly, saffron suppresses appetite, which is why I take it. You don't want to do that with a growing child.Overall I feel like these are lacking in thought in being made for a child.
