I have purchased the product twice. I must say it allows very good message. I use red light massage after serum application. When you use a lot, dirt starts to accumulating around the area where light glows. The older model as well had the same issue. So while cleaning I pulled out the liquid which is used to spread the light, by mistake in previous model. I think they need a method to clean the dirt in future models. In newer version atleast it usb c charger which is good.
