I ordered this for some slow pitch jigging and out of the box, there is only one word... IMPRESSIVEThe turn of the handle is so smooth, the drag is incredibly crisp and precise. I think I may be hooked. It's not as light as they say but maybe because I have never owned other similar type reels. Anyways, the drag lever is so light. I have used my friend's Avet and the drag gets gradually tighter as you push it forward to full This Accurate reel is so light and requires so little effort. My fear is that I might accidentally push it to full. This is one amazing piece of equipment. I may have to get another.
