I love this life vest! This was a great buy, especially because the amount of Confidence my daughter had when she wore this in the pool for the first time! First of all, my daughter is on the spectrum, she used to be afraid to go all the way in the water!! This community pool goes to 4 1/2 feet. My daughter was able to swim back and forth multiple times with this vest on, it never deflated and hold the air very well! For reference my daughter is 50lbs. Great for kids learning to swim. Gave my daughter the confidence to float in the ocean. If you've ever had a kid clinging to you as soon you go in the water, then this is a game changer. Easy to inflate using a pump (not included). Fit snugly around neck and shoulders.

My daughter absolutely loves this swim vest. She refuses to use her puddle jumper. It keeps her afloat but also gives her the freedom to move and use her arms the way she wants. Great quality for the price. Perfect for traveling too since it is so easy to deflate and inflate.

Great tool to help teach your child to feel comfortable floating forward in the water. We used it all summer; and by the end my daughter was trying to swim on her own! Easy to inflate, and a two part design just in case one of them fails or pops!

I bought this in the bigger (medium) size for my 6 year old (50 lb, minimum weight for this size) who really wanted to enjoy the pool with me but has had very little experience in water and had overwhelming anxiety about coming off the pool steps, even though he can stand up, and even with me holding him. He even told me that I should tell his dad to get him one to keep at their house. :) It seems MUCH more comfortable and reassuring than arm floaties and he feels so safe in it that he has actually started to leave the steps with me and even attempted to swim with me nearby. The double inflation chambers make it feel very sturdy and dependable BUT the strap that goes into the buckle for tightening does absolutely nothing. I actually just wrapped it around itself and basically rely more on the rigidity of the floaty's shape to keep it on him, because not only is the strap on the other side too long for tightening to be effective at his size, but it slides right out of the buckle with no effort at all. It's okay for us though, because I'm always supervising him and he's small enough that the edges press together on their own just from the sturdiness of the floaty.

Worked perfectly for a trip to the Dominican Republic. I loved how much space we saved in our luggage, as it comes deflated. It was easy to inflate (with a pump I had for other items) and even by mouth when I misplaced said pump... LOL. My 5-year-old daughter loved it as well. I love the locking mechanism! To be clear, though, this isn't something I would put on her and go jet skiing in the ocean... but for resort poolside and beach shore swimming, this worked perfectly! Well made, and she wants to use it still now that we are home.

My six year olds enjoyed these this summer. I was surprised at just how well they float! They are lightweight and fit well. They don’t hurt or pull on the shoulders like traditional life jackets. Easy to inflate/deflate. I felt safe and so did the kiddos. Supportive and durable.
