Soft silicone feel, but the holes at the bottom for the charger port and speaker are a little crude, nothing a little trim with nail clippers didn't fix. Small nick in the ear but nothing major. It is soft though! Rubber silicone feel so don't expect plastic or major protection.Definitely big, but I knew that going it. I love it! No obstruction for the camera and despite other reviews you can easily click the lock, Bixby and volume buttons. Denoted by little dashes on the side.9/10, only gave 4 stars for the cospetic blemishes.

I got the Samsung Galaxy s9 plus model. The case is adorable and works well with my tempered glass screen protector it does not lift it from the corners like most cases do. It feels good in your hand not bulky at all. Easy access to sensors and ports. Arrived a little late but was in perfect condition when I did get it. No tears or scuff Marks. Good quality for price range. There is no visible hole in the back like shown above. The charm it comes with is also very adorable.

3 stars because the case is beautiful. The case is not very protective however. The phone does not sit snug inside. The buttons are easy to press and work as normal. The cutouts allow for charging and speaker access. Unfortunately, the material just isn't thick or hard enough to securely hold the phone. Phone can easily slip out of this case with very little pressure, especially the corners. Maybe if there were a slim shell inside it would be more secure. If I can't return it I may attempt to just add a stronger slim case inside for actual protection. Really great idea, just not the best design, protection wise.

This is a super cute phone case! Fits perfectly! And also makes my phone easier to hold when using FaceTime and easier to prop up. I get asked all the time where I got it!

I love this. So many compliments. However, because of the width you're constantly taking screen shots when you try and turn the screen off. It fit perfectly when I first got it. But in a couple of months it began to stretch and come off constantly.

Case fit perfectly on my Galaxy s9 and you can use volume and power buttons with it on. There are dashes on the side of the case to show you where they are. Just push on them just like you would normally do on your phone. There are cutouts for charging and ports and camera. The case is made of a silicone/rubber material. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you use a good quality screen protector while using this case or any case at all. Very good product and very satisfied with case and seller.
