Klean Kanteen Classic Stainless Steel Double Wall Insulated Water Bottle with Loop Cap

I have had one of these for years and I’ve used it daily for that time. Finally sitting down to write a review for it since it’s such a great product. So great you forget about it, just use itI love ice cold water and this bottle is great for that. Keeps ice cold and intact for hours on end. Ice will melt eventually but the insulation keeps it cold. I’ve never done hot drinks in but I assume that keeps it hot tooCap is super easy to screw off and access drinks. Fits in all drink holders since it’s the diameter (give or take) of a soda can, just double the height. This size makes it perfect to carry on hikes too.Easy to clean, wide enough mouth makes cleaning easy.Also love the style of it. Super simple. Not too many logos. I got the stainless steel one

My new favorite brand of water bottles! Hot stays hot, cold stays cold and they are super durable. No plastic off flavors and no leakage. They are light weight but slim and not as awkward to hold as hydro flask and the yeti wide bottles and cups. I bought one for everyone in the house and we all use them a lot. I recommend buying the extra easy drinking top -but the screw top works fine also. I was amazed at how cold the water stays in the summer! I’ve owned nalgene, yeti and camelback and other types of water bottles for years-so we’ve gone through a lot. The straws get tedious to clean and in the summer there tends to be a plastic taste. The lip curve and size of the mouth of these bottles to me seems easier to drink from than wider versions. The drinking lid is great for kids too and comes in smaller sizes for the little ones. Overall a great product.

Fantastic bottle. This is my 3rd Klean Kanteen. They are all very well made, and do exactly what you'd expect a vacuum insulated bottle to do; provide temperature stability for hours.I'm sure you're wondering about the size of the bottle's mouth; It is wider than it looks in pictures. A regular ice tray sized cube fits through it no problem, and with room to spare. One of those giant whiskey cubes/spheres will not fit.Will it keep coffee hot until tomorrow? I have no idea, that's just stupid. If you want hot coffee tomorrow, make coffee tomorrow. It will keep coffee hot long enough to burn your mouth at lunch time (if left unopened). If you do it anyway, that's your bad, I warned you.It will keep liquids cold for a long time too. Just not at the same time as it's keeping something hot. How long will liquids keep cool? Long enough for me to drink them. If it doesn't keep yours cold long enough to drink, maybe you need to re-evaluate your hydration habits. Wanting to keep iced tea cold for 20 hours is ridiculous. Either drink the stupid tea, or don't drink it!

I make green tea in this in the morning before I head to campus. 7-10 it sits in my freezing car. I take it to lecture at 10 and it is too hot to drink unless I leave it uncapped for 10 minutes when I get to class. I'll drink on and off through 1.5 hours of class (cap on/off) then leave it in my bag for another couple hours and it is still hot for afternoon classes (at 3ish). If there's anything left, it will still be warm, not hot, when I get home about 6pm. And it's green tea, so not even super hot when I make it. I do preheat bottle with hot water. Not the easiest shape to clean (narrow mouth) but I don't use and sweeteners and wash it out every night so not a big deal for me. If you were putting milk or sugar, you'd need some kind of special brush to prevent the funk. Also like it fits in non-big gulp sized car cup holders and the pouch on the side of my back pack. Does also fit in standard water bottle cage, but rattles a lot. Can't speak to durability, only had it a couple weeks.

Take a look at their website to learn more.I fill the 32oz bottle about 4 times a day (1 gallon). I add 3 ice cubes to keep it nice and cold. I'll leave it beside my bed in case I get thirsty at night. I drink everything thats left in the morning to rehydrate my body.The water stays at the same temperature itwas when I filled it. No more warm water for me.I usually wash this after 2 days of use with bottle brush. I've found that it gets a bit of a metal after taste if I dont wash it every 2 days.This product has been perfect and im so glad I got it. My water intake has increased significantly and I feel great physically. I have purchased several reusable insulted bottles and of all the brands I have tried I like Klean Kanteen the best. The Hydroflask I use imparts a metallic flavor to my water even though I wash it in hot water frequently. My Klean Kanteen never leaves a bad taste, even when I haven't washed it for a couple of weeks. The size of the 20 oz. insulated bottle is easy for my smaller hands to hold and the loop cap is easy to put on and take off while still providing a leak proof seal. The bottle is durable and keeps my water cold for a very long time. I have not tested it with hot beverages. However, the smaller mouth opening does make the inside of the bottle difficult to clean without a specialized bottle brush. When I purchased this bottle, it arrived in one piece but there was a very small dent near the top. There was no damage during shipping other than that. I would certainly recommend this product and will continue to support the company in the future.
