Excellent TV! Fast delivery and a great display. Setup took just 5 minutes, and it connected easily to Prime and Netflix. Installation was simple and hassle-free. We’re very satisfied with this purchase. The 55-inch screen is large and immersive, and the sound quality is impressive. It truly feels like a theatre experience at home and has completely changed the way we watch movies. Highly recommended!

I don't know why or if my luck was not going well on the day, I received my tv in 2 days and I was happy and excited to see it.. But when the installation guy plugged it in, there was no display and only backlit ws on. Received a defective piece. However, Amazon has been quick to respond and have scheduled a tech check to confirm any issues (tech from their side has not come yet). This hassle of returns and replacement when 3rd party installation is involved is really annoying and disappointing. The only wish i have with Amazon is to have installation services included so that any issues can be checked and confirmed on the same day as delivery. Hope so i get my replacement soon as I have heard a lot of reviews and went through lengthy research to get this tv and I am still excited to use one. Update: After waiting for 7 days for a tech which never came, I have my replacement initiated today. Will be getting my new TV within 4 days now.. So overall replacement experience is taking around 14-15 days from the date of initial order. I'm highly disappointed with the time frame but I'm glad I am receiving the replacement. Edit 2 on 18/09 - it's been a total of 9 days since I first received my tv. I got replacement today.. Excited to use it once it gets installed tomorrow. Hopefully it will smooth sailing from hereon.. Will post usage review after a week Edit 3 on 19/09 - tv is great and 4k content is amazing. Worth the wait and trouble I went through Edit 4 on 30/09 - it's been 11-12 days I'm using the tv.. Have figured out a few things and how to make most of the setting provided. There is no answer or update on how to fix the 4k red tint on youtube as of yet but being optimistic about it that someday it may be fixed in an update.. There has been no update for the software since the purchase. Works best if you have 100 mbps connection (for 4k content without buffers). Google assistance is awesome and no it does not require to go close to the tv, I was able to operate it from 9-10 as well.

I've had my Hisense TV for about 3.5 months now, and it's been a solid choice for the price. The picture quality is good, with clear visuals and decent color accuracy. Since the date of purchase, I have had a consistently poor experience with this TV and the associated service support. The installation was repeatedly scheduled and rescheduled (2–3 times) due to engineer unavailability. Eventually, after significant inconvenience, the installation was completed towards the end of November. Unfortunately, the TV stopped working on the very same day after just 5–6 hours of usage. An engineer inspected the unit and confirmed that a spare part replacement was required, promising resolution within 4 days. However, I was contacted only after more than 10 days, at a time when I was out of station. When I followed up again on 22 January 2026 to have the issue resolved, I was subjected to the same delays and lack of coordination. Over a period of nearly three months, I have been able to use this TV for only a few hours. This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on both the product reliability and after-sales service.

Best smooth tv at this price range, various types of special feature that given in this to customise according your choices and preferences, picture quality is good over all use filmmaker mode that combine the 4k upscaler with the director level picture quality ,sounds option is less but sound is good enough to satisfy you, at this price this tv offer more than enough various specifications that can't given by any top companies like lg and samsung after spent 35k-40k on 4k only .... Don't be silly or craze keep in mind there is no good quality will be offer like qhd 4k qled etc these things are way to spread propoganda ,these types of specifications have higher market value that above 48k ...don't be foolish beaware these kind of data .... Buy best for price! Not price of best ! These kind of thing may be brain wash... Thanks to read this review otherwise this tv is mind-blowing if you buy at the price of 21k to 22k you don't need to overthinking about that I hope you all customers will get great decision at all Thanks ,and thanks to Hisense that this entry level product is mind-blowing

It's good. Display quality is fine. Budget friendly if you're looking for a QLED under 30k. Or you can go for the brand TCL.
