The split rings are not good enough. Also the mechanisms are made from aluminum, not steel like I assumed. Maybe the listing says the material and I overlooked it. I would try another option

I am using these quick release keychains on my lanyard for work. These quick release keychains work perfectly and will make it so much easier to lend one of my keys when I need to without having to give someone my entire lanyard. I definitely recommend these quick release keychains.

These detachable keyrings look nice and feel decently well-made. These detachable keyrings are handy since we sometimes switch car keys with each other, and not the rest of the keys. In the past, I owned similar detachable key rings, but they were heavier, better built, and sturdier than these keyrings. But that does not mean that these keyrings are not good. They are quite sturdy. With all my strength, I tried to pull each of them apart, but to no avail. Compared to the ones I owned before, these keyrings are 3-star-rating items. However, considering their low prices, they get a 4-star rating.
