2019 Reformulation is horrible
I hardly ever write reviews, especially negative reviews, but this one needs to be said (or written). This 2019 reformulation is TERRIBLE. it's streaky, never sets, leaves a greasy cast, wears horrible with makeup (makes it slide right off my face). It never settles so it feels like it wears off quickly, rubs off, and slides off and doesn't protect my skin. I feel greasy, sweaty, sticky, and dirty when i try it out. I have given it up to an hour before putting on makeup and it still slides around. I can't wait to wash this off my face whenever i try it again, thinking it can't be that bad. Believe me, it is.Biore should have stuck with their original formula. The old formula mattified my face and wore like a dream under makeup.I'm horrified by the new version. I don't even know if i can wear it on my body to use it up. I don't dare try it on my face again, even if i don't leave the house or wear any makeup over it. it feels terrible.

By far the best facial sunscreen I've ever used
By far the best facial sunscreen I've ever used! I'm a very fair redhead and have tried many products over the years to keep my fair skin from frying to a crimson crisp. This was recommended via a Reddit comment and I'm hooked. It is so silky and just blends right into my skin. One of my troubles in the past was that every sunscreen always made my skin look greasy eventually. But not this! I can't even tell I'm wearing anything besides my regular make up. The product absorbs so nicely and it's sweatproof/waterproof. I'll wear this all day, go for a run, play tennis, etc. and It stays put and I've never burned with this.

ACTUALLY AS GOOD AS EVERYONE SAYS
Super oily and shiny skin? Gets greasy no matter what you try? Everything feels like it's clogging your pores? Basically every SPF causes some kind of break out? You have to blot every five seconds in the sun? Product is gone or broken up if you sweat?TRY THIS. OR THE FACE VERSION.I wasn't sure about all the hype over on Reddit... I was wrong.I can ACTUALLY go without any additional skincare if I use this line. Let me tell you, that doesn't happen. I usually have to use a bit of powder or benzoyl peroxide cream to mattify my bad areas. And I would haaave to blot after two or three hours, if I was lucky. No way I'm changing products. I have their "face" one too, only 20ml less. That's my personal favorite. It's a little thicker, so more pure shine-city skin oriented. This is more oily to combo. But either one is oily-skin friendly. I'm in love.Best Suggestion I've Found:- On a clean face, apply a light moisturizer, this isn't drying but it will control better than expected so I'd not skip this part. I use either Derma-E's tea tree antiseptic cream (amazing) or their very clean moisturizer. I also like e.l.f.'s new matte lotion, good dupe for the Origins one.- Shake the bottle very well. Please make sure you are applying enough!!! Look this up and pour out "an appropriate amount". (Or a little more since we're adding something..)- Mix in a niacinamde and zinc gel. The Ordinary's is the best. You only need two drops for the effect. This helps keep your pores free and lessen unnecessary sebum production. I've had zero breakouts this way.- Apply! The cast dries down but I have very pale skin so I'd recommend the "body" version for darker skin as it has less of a white tint overall. Please re-apply! (Note: I have been out for longer than 2 hours without a touch up and no sign of any color. But don't risk it, always be safe.)

I was surprised that I actually like it, but not sure about how effective it ...
edit: It's been about 2 months since I started using this and it's still really good. It does leave a white cast so I have to keep rubbing/patting it until the whiteness goes away. But I was with a friend of mine, waiting in line for hours for a concert, and she didn't have sunscreen. Her face was going red, so I lent her the bottle and after a bit, her face color went back to normal! No redness at all. I was pretty surprised at how well it worked. It also feels pretty nice when reapplying as I previously mentioned I work in a sunny place. My face has not been red at all at the end of the day since I started using it.The consistency still is kind of watery so I still gotta be careful that I don't put too much out, but I haven't accidentally used way too much than I needed. Sometimes a little, but it's nothing that I'd be very upset about. I still really like this product!----------------I used a different Biore sunscreen product and was hesitant about this product. I was surprised that I actually like it, but not sure about how effective it is against the sun. I haven't been slightly sunburned yet (I work in a sunny place) and it leaves my skin feeling soft. I don't break out with it on either. All other sun products I've tried so far made my face feeling oily or nasty but this one is pleasant. The bottle isn't wasteful either, I haven't had an accidental spill. It has a pointy tip that lets you carefully measure how much you can use. The product inside is a bit on the watery consistency side and the bottle structure made it that you won't accidentally squeeze out too much. I really like it so far.

Fantastic cosmetically-elegant matte sunscreen
I've been using this sunscreen for several months now, and love it. My issue with pretty much every American sunscreen I've tried has been the greasy feel (and the fact that they break my sensitive skin out). I decided to try Biore Perfect Milk, and can see why it has a cult following. It is a fairly runny liquid coming out of the bottle, but dries down to a matte finish very quickly. It does have a bit of a whitecast, but that goes away after a few minutes. As far as sun protection, it does its job. It doesn't break my skin out at all. What's not to love??One thing to note, all Japanese sunscreens including this one seem to come in tiny bottles. When I received my first bottle of Biore sunscreen, I remember thinking I must have ordered a travel sized bottle. Nope, that's the size they make it in! LOL However, it does seem to last a much longer time than you'd imagine, given the tiny size of the bottle.
