Great service and product
The guns are a great price point and include a package of barbs as well. The guns didn't work for us as the barbs provided by my customer do not work well with this gun due to the diameter of the barb. That wasn't anything that I ever thought to think of, but the barbs for this gun are a larger diameter and therefore the needle and push pin won't work well with every barb out there.Their customer service was top notch, though. Had they not been so great to work with I would have provided a four star review. But the experience overall, as well as the quality of the product really does garner a five star review. And for the sake of transparency, we were not compensated in any way for this review. The seller did issue us a refund and allow us to keep the guns in exchange for the pictures and info we provided regarding the diameter size difference in the barbs we were using. It is valuable information that future purchasers could use, so I'm glad the seller cares enough about their product and service to ask.

Wow! THESE ARE THE WORST!!!!!
1 broke day 1, I let it slide, I know tagging guns can be finicky, but as a clothing store owner, I have experience with these items.... the other 3? BROKE YESTERDAY. ALL 3 OF THEM!!!! It would have been funny but we didn't bring any other guns with us and couldn't do our intended work. I literally put all 3 in the garbage after my employees tried tried tried to unjam the guns.... usually it's an easy, albeit slightly annoying, fix... THESE ARE GARBAGE!!!! Please trust me, find quality ones that may cost more but I essence these were the most expensive bc all 4 wound up in the garbage after probably 4-5 uses .... no I'm not exaggerating

This gun did not feel cheap.
I bought these to use at a thrift store I volunteer at. Used it today for the first time. I was worried it may not work with the plastic strips we use in our guns, but I went thru three strips today and it worked great.

Clothes Tagging Gun
Super easy to use!I have used it on every shirt I have sent out and it makes things look more professional. However, I do wish the pricing table tags where thicker at each end to ensure my tags didn't come off (I had to adjust the holes on my tags to much smaller). Overall, serves its purpose and worth the price.

100% DO NOT BUY
They are a waste of money. I normally wouldn't be that critical BUT #1 they come with needles that are to long for 1" stems. 2nd as u can see in the pic that is what happens about every 7 to pulls. 3rd I have small hands and these are Not for small hands. I'm totally disgusted with the time and money that has already gone into these. 15 years I've bought and used tagers these are horrible

Je suis un peu déçu, c'est moi qui est responsable de ces étiquetteuses, elles sont minces mais l'équille n'est pas assez tranchantes, difficile de percé un tissu et le mécanisme n'est pas très bon non plus, elles sont moins efficace que celles que j'ai acheté avant..
