We had a difficult time with the product having "folding lines" all through it. It came folded up in a small bubble-mailer envelope, and because of this there were creases that created a very prominent checkerboard effect on the background. We tried using a hair dryer to gently heat the vinyl to release the creases with no success. We tried placing it in the dryer for short intervals with some moderate success. It would have been a great product if it had been shipped in a poster tube, causing fewer creases.

Received in good shape. But was folded for shipping so has crease lines in it. Made of vinyl so not sure how to take care of that.

This could be passed off as a plastic table cloth. I am not happy with the material at all, but it does look nice in my pictures. Just wish it wasn't made so cheaply.

Item comes folded so there are a lot of wrinkles. Still haven't figured out how to get rid of the wrinkles, but I was luckily able to work around them.

This background is just great !! I did kids Christmas photos with it and it rocked! I will be buying more .

It looks good except for the creases that they create when they ship it to you in a very small package because they folded into very small size

the ad said it was made of cloth. But it's very thin vinyl.
