This mushroom powder is the best I have found and has the most variety of mushrooms that I have found. It makes it easy to make sure I get a well rounded supplementation of mushroom goodness without painstakingly trying to figure it all out myself.

Tried it 1 scoop with hot water, not recommended, very bitter, felt the effects within a few hours, recommend use in smoothies or mis with coffee

Actually a very good product. no BS fillers added. Tastes very mild, I added to coffee mostly but I also ried it just on its own. The only reason for 4 stars is that didn't notice any significant difference in my cognitive function attributing to this specific powder, bc there are so many reason for brain issues and there are plenty of solution too.

After a few months, I noticed something positive, out dramatic, but a little more mental energy. I've been taking this for several years, mixes well in black coffee but sometimes clumps, no big deal breaking it up with a spoon. Like so may nutraceuticals and the other meds I take it's hard to tell if it's due to just the mushrooms or the combination. I'm not going to stop taking it any time soon. It comes with a scoop but sometimes they put a short one, just use a regular spoon, it does kick up some dust.

I chose this as there is another brand with only 6 adaptogenic mushrooms plus coffee, and very expensive for a small amount, this has 25 different mushrooms 🍄 including the 6 from another brand and way cheaper, more value for money. This taste is bitter, so don't have any other taste expectations, but the benefits outweighs the taste. It easily dissolve / mixes well in hot water. Is it really supposed to this bitter though??

You need a sweetner to cut the bitter taste and after taste. For everything else like one is looking for it's good buy. Especially if you want to Just try it!
