Healthy and delicious!! I love this brand and it’s my number one pic!! Definitely recommend!! Goes great in all my smoothies and protein shakes ~ I can eat it plain even!! I just like the taste personally ~ some ppl might not tho.. if you crave anything healthy and good for you! If you like seaweed, you will definitely like this!! Great brand! Trustworthy! It takes time to get used to the taste!
It says to use a half a teaspoon, it was to strong to me so I use only a 1/4 teaspoon. But it’s a good product!
