Very bad experience will not recommend anyone
Very poor sercice its almost 1 month to complete i ordered this product and got delivery after 15 days and after it i came to know product is damaged i immediately placed return request after so many followups after 10 order picked up and still in transit and i am in waiting of refund so that i can purchase new refrigerator for family. Very horrible expereince.

Good fridge, poor service by Amazon
The fridge is good and meets our requirements. The free installation service by Amazon could not be provided despite my several requests. I had to get it done personally. In this case, Amazon completely failed in service part.

After unpacking the fridge, we found that the body is quite thin and has several dents. We showed these dents to the LG technician who visited us for installation, but he did not provide any proper explanation or solution for the issue. Kindly look into this matter and arrange for an appropriate resolution at the earliest.

Great product and great delivery experience
Great looks, and very spacious. The best features for me are the 4 shelves on the door and the shelf in the freezer compartment. The delivery and exchange of old fridge was very smoothly done and the delivery agents refused tips also!
