My review on Nooies new 5G Wifi Baby Monitor after 14 days .... I have / already own other nooie cams and have always found them to be quality products. This new 5G wifi baby monitor is definitely an improvement. The new design gives a sturdier base, the 5G makes it connect much quicker and easier. I was easy quick to set up - a lot quicker than previous models, and also no delay when logging in to look - the older models would sometimes have a delay when trying to log on. I have had this just over 2 weeks now and wanted to wait till now to give a honest review after using it for some time. The image is definitely sharper, logs in instantly ( no lag ). It's good that they have included a temperature reading on this model. Very helpful during the recent hot weather we have had. ( can set it to alarm to a specified temperature range ) so notify you if goes out of set range. The 2k video is excellent, and night vision is brilliant too. The cry detection works great, and now that it has built in memory you can run back though previous times ( older cameras had to insert a micro sd card) or pay for cloud services. So this is far superior. Also has a easy press reset button on back now, ( previously had to use a pin on older cameras ) so when we have slept at family's house I have taken camera and easily reset with button and set back up quickly on their wifi ( thanks to the new reset button and the 5G connection). Nooie have always provided good products and good customer service ( I had a problem with an older camera and was super helpful and replaced it quickly) This new model is brilliant and a great improvement over older models ( which may I add I still have and still use - they are good too) But this one is even better with all newer/ more added features. Nooie is no longer a company to contact and Amazon have no idea on product support. Really liked the unit. Easy to set up. The view is good and clear. There is NO sound. Having googled this problem, it came up with many hits stating the same issue - NO sound. Did the usual steps in resetting etc and still NO sound. Such a shame as it was a good picture.

I got this after already owning the 360 camera. I have three boys under two. Things that are great about this one - 1. The 5g WiFi connection is much faster so better quality connection (and easier to connect with more modern wifi hubs) 2. This one has temp control (constant temp monitoring visible in the app and alerts when outside this range) and cry detection. Particularly useful as we use white noise in the room - the "noise detection" is too trigger happy, but cry detection works perfect 3. It has inbuilt memory so you have full recording without the need for the cloud upgrade 4. The camera is now 2k which is great quality and the night vision works very well as always If you have multiple devices you can set up multi screen which works well in my situation For a great price and easy to set up you honestly can't go wrong.

I’m on a subscription but it doesn’t even record the whole time. The recording only shows when there was abnormal sound. For example, when my baby fell and cried the recording just skipped the falling part and showed baby crying. Useless. Also it doesn’t let you log in on more than one device each time. Basically only one of the family can use this. If the account is signed in on a new device, the current session just ends and signed out automatically. Also there is no such thing of adding another account for the same device.

I've been a Nooie Camera user for years. I'd always recommend them to family and friends. Although I never had many issues with the previous versions, I did struggle as they were only 2.4G compatible thus making them impossible to use at hotels or anywhere we went with 5G. Now compatible with 2.4G and 5G, making it a brilliant upgrade compared to previous versions. I'm so glad I bought two of these, just in time to take on holiday with us. It's very easy to set up, it took me around 3 minutes. The 2K HD picture quality is absolutely fantastic! No more lags, two way communication is now immediate. The speaker has been upgraded, thus making the sound louder and clearer. I love the temperature monitoring display and the fact that I don't need to purchase extra storage as it comes with 32GB built in storage. The sound and motion alert sensitivity has been really good on previous versions and it's even better on this one. I usually leave one camera indoors to monitor my home when I'm away and I amusingly got notified when a spider caused a motion alert! Well done Nooie!
