This is a great visual timer for my 4 year old! She even likes to set it herself.

I really like the 10 minute option! The yellow is a little hard to see from a distance and would prefer a darker or more contrasting color.

The media could not be loaded. I got this timer to use for my nanny kiddo who is currently potty training. We set the timer for three minutes and she sits on the potty until the yellow goes bye-bye and the timer sound goes off. I like how you can switch the timer sound on or off and for littles who don’t quite understand the concept of time yet, the visual timer is a great alternative so they understand how long they have to do an activity or as we are using it, sit on the potty. very easy to use and you don’t have to remember to charge it. It takes some batteries and then it’s good to go. I also tested the accuracy against my timer on my phone and it is accurate. A great quality timer that is versatile and easy to use.

Great timer for time outs, allows my kids to see how much time is left

We have previously used and loved the hour visual timers, but I knew this 10min visual timer would prove even more useful! We implement “quiet time” in our household (similar to time-outs) thanks to the book “123 Magic” and this timer allows even my 2 and 4 year olds to understand how long they need to take. This shows the progression of each minute so much better than the longer timers and I have found it so be incredibly useful.You’re able to put it on mute if you’d like but the alarm sound isn’t obnoxious yet is easy to hear from a room or 2 away. The battery seems to last a really long time even with daily use. The bright color choice is perfect for kids to be able to see quickly from across the room. Otherwise when not in use it’s quite simple and aesthetically pleasing in any decor style.Fantastic value for the amount of use this thoughtful product gets in our home!
