Setting up this backdrop stand was straightforward and quick. The heavy-duty metal base provides excellent stability, ensuring it doesn’t tip over even when outdoors. The adjustable height and width are incredibly useful, allowing customization for various settings. The included clamps and stakes add to its stability, making it reliable for all kinds of events. It’s also easy to transport with the carrying case. This stand has proven to be a versatile and sturdy addition to my photography gear.

This is a quality portable backdrop stand. All elements come in a slim long double zipper case with slots to keep each piece secure and prevent movement/sliding in transit- that already is a win for me.Included are x2 weighted foldable bases. The x 2 extendable height poles are attached to this and secured with the supplied Alan key, with the balance pole affixed at the top with the spinner style screws. Comes with 4 heavy duty clips to attach a backdrop to and some slim hooks I guess to attach flowers or other accessories too. As a keen amateur photographer, this is a great kit for me to capture better exposed photos- all I need now are some proper backdrop curtains etc. My sample ones here are just with a blanket and Teddy, nothing spectacular but just to disguise the wall behind. I'm really pleased with the size of this kit as it makes it portable- although a little weighty and easy to store. Top marks from me.

This background support kit comprises two metal bases (each weighing just under 3kg), two stands, two cross bars, four spring clips, seven J hook anchor clips and a carry bag to keep everything in.This background support is adjustable from 2.6ft – 8.5ft high and 5.2ft – 10ft wide, so it should be a versatile bit of kit suitable for a variety of photography uses. Erecting this background support is an easy process that is reasonably quick. I say reasonably because having to screw the uprights to the base using a hex key (make sure you always have it on you and also a spare in case it gets mislaid) takes a few minutes longer than the background supports that simply slot together.The overall build quality of this background support isn’t great but it’s not too shabby either. The poles are more than strong enough to support various types of back drops, even thick and heavy duty ones, at smaller dimensions however once you start extending the poles they flex a lot and aren’t very stable. For the types of backdrops I use I wouldn’t feel confident using the background support higher than 5ft or wider than 6ft. Heights and widths below this is absolutely fine but any higher and/or wider and the poles struggle to securely hold my backgrounds in place.I have no issues using this background support inside, within my size parameters of course, and it is great for on location shoots that are indoors. Outside shoots and use however, is a different matter altogether. The slightest bit of wind the backdrop will act as a sail and the whole set up topples. This seems to be the case regardless of the height or widths I use.There are four spring clips included with this background support which is nice. The spring clips are made from strong plastic and well made however there is not enough of them to securely hold my backdrops in place. I typically use six, and sometimes eight, spring clips to ensure my backgrounds stay securely in place.At £83.90 (at the time of review) this background support is priced the same as similar background support kits out there, which is to be expected and given the quality of the components and the sturdiness once erect, this background support is a fair price.Overall this background support kit is okay and, provided you don’t use large backgrounds or backdrops and only want a background support for indoor use, this is worth considering. Unzip the sturdy storage bag to reveal two each telescopic posts, top cross poles and folded base plates.Popped together in less than ten minutes, adjust to the size you want and secure your back-drop using the supplied spring clips.Exceptional spring clips tightly secured as if glued in place, photo attached.I think the provided ‘J-Hooks’ would be pretty useless, pushing the nail 1½ inches into sand wouldn’t make any difference; and seven nails into eight holes doesn’t quite go.Can be used to support any decorations and would recommend it for indoor use.

This is a well made, heavy duty backdrop stand. It comes with 2 metal bases for stability. Its sturdy and adjustable fully adjustable height and width. You also get 4 heavy duty spring clamps and 7 j hook to keep it secured in the ground. Basically everything you need now all left is the background etc. Overall its a good stand.

The bars are indeed heavy duty they are thick, strong and sturdy. This is a real good set backdrop stand it comes with lot of bits and pieces like the metal base, clamps and bag etc. It's easy to assemble and the height is adjustable. Highly recommended a really good quality durable backdrop stand!Hope my review was helpful

Easy to assemble and take down. Perfect for our birthday sign. Does need to be weighted at the sides to keep it up right. The frame itself is quite heavy and then awkwardly heavy once assembled.Does the job well and would work well with a photography backdrop.
