Great little computer. Takes up less space on desktop than a usb hub and is powerful. Works flawlessly.

I love this product! Had an issue shortly after setting up, so I contacted Customer Service. Wish everyone was as responsive as they were. Worked with me every step of the way to resolve my issue. The product itself is great. Has all the ports/slots that I need for my external devices. And it was quiet. Love the interface between Thunderbolt and my Hub. Don't need a lot of speed but it was more than enough for my needs. I must again acknowledge the amazing support I received from Nancy in Customer Service who continuously worked with me. Thanks to her for her assistance in resolving this issue!

Update November 27, 2022The folks that sold this really did help me get this situation rectified. I will tell you they were very nice. But it was truly a struggle. I had to purchase an extra power cord, and do several tests after the fact. Then I had to send it back to them first. I wasn't sure where it was going or how it was going to be handled. Then nobody was at the warehouse and the item wasn't delivered. I provided them the Tracking number but I still had to do most of the leg work. They did send me a new one very fast after they knew they screwed up not having somebody to receive the item. I do recommend the item. I would but another. My original review stands. I am grateful that they came through for me, hopefully I do not have to do this again. If it happens again i am going to insist on something newer or a slight upgrade.The seller meant well, and their communication was out of this world excellent.Updated: I turned this machine off, when I left Jamaica on June 9th, 2022. Arrived back to Jamaica on September 11. The unit will not power back on. I can not get any product sorry.If this doesn't happen, I would have sworn by this thing.Old review: I am not going to go too far into this. This machine is what you make of it. I use it for web browsing, Youtube videos, streaming Sling, Peacock, Netflix and Paramount. I upgraded to full Ram and a very inexpensive SSD. I use it to Play steam games, and I have setting's at 1080P and it does absolutely fine. No, it isn't the performance of my desktop PC with a dedicated graphics card, but for the size, money and portability, this is very difficult to beat. It went on a plane ride to a little island in Jamaica where it is hooked up to my 42" JVC TV, and it does everything I need it to perfectly.

This little NUC is great. It has Thunderbolt USB-4 and it is fast. My external hard drives I use connected to it is only limited by their read write speeds. I can do video editing and it even renders fast for Standard 780-480 resolutions into mp4. It's worth the money. It was easy to pop in the M.2 and SSD, the bottom opens up and it is all toolless like advertised. I am impressed by it :)

Product failed after 2 months. Contacted the (Intel) support number linked on the amazon product site, they told me to contact ASUS, ASUS tells me product is zoned for China so the US warranty is not valid. I've submitted a support ticket to the Singapore ASUS support office and am awaiting a response. Unless this Amazon storefront can provide a complete replacement, I'll have nothing to do with them in the future.

I was initially surprised at delivery of how small the package was. This NUC is cute but solid and the small footprint and no noise is just what I needed.I plugged it in with HDMI to my TV and USB receiver for my keyboard and mouse. It booted quickly into Windows 10 Pro and after the usual setup and log in, I was prompted to install Windows 11, which I did. That was a rather long process.I have just been using this NUC for a few days, but everything that I had on an old Windows 7 Dell mini-desktop installed and is working perfectly.So far, I am loving this thing. I would recommend it to others. With Intel I5, 8gigs of RAM and 256 GB solid state disk (all preinstalled), this unit is capable for most home or small office use. Certainly not a "gaming PC" but the games that I play are working great and the video is even better on the same TV.

I have the Intel version and this is the replacement. These are great devices. I am told to use a usb fan as an extra cooling feature and have done so on the other one and will on this. The flexibility is great and am very happy with the product. The unit delivered perfectly and works as expected.
