Perfect fit and very comfortable. Absolutely adorable. I almost want to buy 3 more pair for when these inevitably die. Quality is about what you might expect from Payless so not too bad but not great either. But I Love them!!!!

I needed some black heels for work as my other ones were old and needed to be replaced. I purchased these since I really liked the style, it was an affordable price, and had pretty good reviews.Amazon order history shows these were delivered 3/28/17. My iphone says the photo I took of the broken shoe was on 4/21/17, so less than a month later!Normally I say you get what you pay for and I know these are relatively inexpensive, but there is no excuse for a new shoe to last less than 30 days! Save your money and look elsewhere or just go to Target/Walmart. At least I know their cheap shoes will last awhile longer.

I'm going to do a basic breakdown of these shoes and their comfort. First of all BEAUTIFUL shoe and roughly true to size. I ordered 2 pair but won't be needing the 10.5 because the 10 fit perfectly and I'm normally a size 10. I literally walked several blocks after wearing them all day at the office which made my baby toe rub on the inside slightly hiwever normal 8-10 hour will be just fine. They are so comfortable I'm ordering another pair. Oh, as some reviewers may have mentioned they have a smell to them when the originally come but it does wear off it really wasn't that long lasting. Final note, just buy the shoe, you will not be disappointed!

Nice shoes. Not super high quality, but they are put together quite well, no glue hanging off where the sole meet the shoe, stitching was even, etc.I bought a half size larger than I typically wear and the fit was fine.

Good looking shoe but if you wear a size 9.5 buy a 10.5. (Buy a full size larger)

The shoes are very cute but as many reviews have noted, they are much stiffer and shinier than I had expected, I have to wear them with low socks. They did scuff on both the back of the shoe and the front black plastic the first time I wore them. They are not very comfortable especially for standing up in for a prolonged period of time. The right heel has also started making a clicking sounds, not a regular heelp on floor click but more like something somewhere might be broken and moving around, a little concerning. Cheap shoes, sore feet but still very cute. I guess beauty is pain.

I should have bought the size 10.5, but since that isn't a size in the US (seriously - no one makes that size) I didn't think to look. The 10's I bought were a little snug, but they weren't painful, and they should stretch a little but. Not real leather, but they don't look like plastic. Love the rubber sole - so nice to not slip and slide in new shoes for once. Seriously - don't let the smaller sizing stop you from buying these. Just go up a half size, especially if your feet aren't narrow at the toes. I'm about to buy these again in a different color, and a half size larger.
