This scent is absolutely beautiful. I have only had it a few days and my apartment is small, but the scentis just perfect and not overwhelming. The bottle is small and fit right into my decor. Can’t speak to longevity yet, but I will order again when necessary!

The product looks exactly as pictured. Very attractive. The fragrance filled the space without being too overpowering, however, it did have an artificial scent to it and it gave me a headache. This may just be my personal sensitivity to it. I did open it and put the reeds in it so I will not be returning it.UPDATE: I am changing my to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received. The company reached out to me to offer me a full refund and said they hoped I would give them another try. I did, with a different scent (Lavender and Sandalwood), and I love it. It’s not too floral and not too woodsy, perfectly balanced… and best of all no headache whatsoever. I’ve just ordered another bottle so I can put it in my office!

I had bought the Balsam Forest at Christmas and it’s still strong as ever.This scent isn’t quite as strong but does smell good.

The scents that they offer can be pleasant when you first start them. I bought a couple of different ones to use, and at first, they worked well for our bathrooms. But the scent fades faster than advertised. That's not the worst part though. One of these spilled on our bathroom counter top. The smell is impossible to get rid of. What was a non-existent scent from the defuser jar with reeds, became an overpowering nightmare on our counter. Many rounds of cleaning with alcohol, baking soda, and cleaners and airing out are not getting rid of the smell. I couldn't even sleep in my connected bedroom for several days. The oil concentration they use is intense, and not worth the spill risk.

I bought this reed diffuser a month ago and still it smells wonderful. I put it in my upstairs hall bathroom for guests and now when I walk upstairs, I am greeted with a nice fine scent of apples and cinnamon about mid-way up the stairs. I've tried using other brands of essential oils in a bowl in a room - but within a short time of it exposed to the air, the scent is gone. The reeds seem to really do a much better job making a room smell nice - and they last a lot longer. As mentioned, they have been in the guest bathroom for a month and less than a quarter of it has evaporated. Sure, reeds can be a bit messier than other methods (you have to turn them over when the scent reduces) so it gets on your hands and nearby surfaces - and they are very oily, of course. I usually have a paper towel handy and do it over a sink. I've enjoyed this reed diffuser so much, I recently ordered another scent from this company for my bedroom.

It smells great but I wish to smell was a little stronger

smells so good - i had this scent once but didnt now the name and lost it for years - came across it and thought id give it a try and it smells so nice!! will be buying more

Although the scent is not over powering, it also is not strong enough in comparison to other brands we have purchased. Upon receipt, we strategically placed it in our guest bathroom and waited a few hours before checking the fragrance, ultimately becoming disappointed that the fragrance was very slight, but also not as described. Instead of a Vanilla Tobacco, it was just a hint of cinnamon.
