single slot no external power needed of 1060 card
This was a very nice upgrade from a 1030 card in my mom's computer.now it can handle 4k video easily, as well as decent gaming from games 2018 or before, so long as they're not high end requirements.I've not stress tested this yet, but it works fine. I would ONLY recommend this for small form factor machines with little space (one slot only. Usually dells).

Small, powerful and noisy, but overall....great!
First of all, its a blower design with a small fan, so I wasn't surprised that it was a little noisy. The desktop was sitting under my desk next to my leg. I used Afterburner to create a fan curve with a max speed of 80%. Noise wasn't that bad. Even at 100% it's not terrible, sounds kind like a hair dryer. Not unexpected at all. That said... performance was surprising. I never heard of this company and was wondering if it was some OC'd 1050 TI. I compared two Firestrike runs I did. One on a i9-9900k with a 1050 TI and the current computer a i7-9700 (non-K) and the 1060 6GB. The 1060 beats the 1050 TI for like 35%. The test bed was a Dell OptiPlex 7070 SSF. It only has room for a single slot card. The 1050 TI is a dual slot card. The 1060 should have done better but the 9900K is a bit better than the 9700 and made up some of the difference. Overall, very pleased. I could play No Man's Sky on this little box very smoothly on medium graphics.
