I burnt my lips quite badly … my own stupid fault …metal spoon and boiling soup! However despite being a Dr and knowing how to treat the burns appropriately I was still struggling 4 weeks later with lips constantly peeling, cracked and VERY sore! I decided to try this product after hearing good things about it. The first application gave a strong tingling feeling (presumably the peppermint oil) but was still relieving. After only three days of repeated use my lips stopped peeling and began to heal. Ahhh bliss! I could even eat and drink normally, without having to avoid contact with lips. I continued to use the stick several times a day, and ensured putting lots on last thing at night. A week later my lips were fully healed. What a relief! A few weeks ago I tried a brand new lipstick (Estée… so not a cheap brand) but I reacted badly to it. First time ever that I’ve had a problem reacting to lipstick. My lips began to peel again, so I resumed using my Burts stick. Once more it healed my lips. I now use it every day morning and night even though my lips aren’t sore. It keeps them moisturised and healthy. I love that it’s not greasy and heavy feeling. It also doesn’t make me look like I’ve stuck my mouth in an oil slick. The slight peppermint tingle is refreshing and pleasant. The taste is likewise pleasant and not greasy. I now have a stick in my bag, one in my pocket and one on bedside cabinet so if needed I’ve got easy access in case of further problems or just to ensure I don’t forget to use daily to keep moisturised. Highly recommend this product. It’s brilliant.

Good quality

Bert’s Bees is great. I was prone to getting chapped lips for many years but since using this lip balm, it’s massively reduced. Yes I still get chapped lips from time to time but no way near as often as I use to. I love the feel to this on my lips, it’s applies smoothly. It hasn’t got the best taste but it’s not the worst. Good value for money and they last quite a long time for their size as you only have to apply a little each time. Fully recommend.

Great for dry lips and delicate flavour

10/10. This is my go-to lip balm. It keeps my lips moisturised, and I haven’t had dryness since using it. Of course, drinking water also helps, but this product works really well. It lasts a long time, so a 2 or 4-pack will keep you covered for a while. Amazing value for money, I couldn’t recommend it more.

A bit disappointed as the lipbalm is defective. Not too sure if it melted in transit i applied to my lips and a big part got detached/fell off
