I really enjoy this and the fact it has just a few ingredients is a bonus. Natural, nothing artificial and the health benefits of the bone broth are superb. I like the subtle hint of strawberry flavour as it's not fake like many other powders out there. I mix with milk in a blender for smoothness. Would purchase again and try the other flavours. Found it filled me up for quite a long time.

Tried a few collagen powders and I've enjoyed this product. No issues mixing into my morning tea where I brew a batch worth of 3-4 cups in one go and add 3 leveled tablespoons of the powder. There is no taste of beef bovine or anything savoury or umami like to take away from what you mix it into. I can say it's given my tea a mild pleasant caramel coffee like taste, so yummy. I am not pre nor diabetic but have been using a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) and I noticed this product does cause a glucose spike (not major) that did not happen with other collagen powders. For this reason, I've stopped adding my 1 tablet of sweetener to my tea batch and hence I used levelled spoons rather than scoops. I've not tried this in a cold drink but I would imagine when adding to a shake the motion itself would resolve any lumps if found. Consistence is key so choose a routine you will stick to daily. My skin has improved and I've started getting compliments around the 1-2 month mark. Highly recommend and I would buy this again when budget allows and if not I default to other good brands on sale.

I like some of the Freja products, but honestly this tasted BAD! It’s like blending chicken gravy granules into very mediocre chocolate milk. Don’t waste your money unless you have no taste buds! It’s YUCKY!

I’ve been adding this to my coffee and it has a really nice vanilla flavour to it. I think it could be improved with removing coconut sugar. Not everyone has a sweet tooth.

I’ve tried a lot of bone broth and protein shake products over the years, and Freja has really impressed me. Their Instant Beef Bone Broth is one of the best I’ve had—not too salty, which is rare to find. Their High Protein Shakes are even better. The Chocolate flavor is great on its own, but also works really well heated up or added to coffee. I recently tried the Strawberry and honestly, it’s the best protein shake I’ve had to date. I don’t usually get on with whey, and pea protein makes me bloat, but I have zero issues with these. They’re not overly sweet, don’t cause bloating, and I actually feel good after drinking them. Just a genuine fan of the brand—high-quality products that actually deliver!

This bone powder has no taste. I add a heaped tablespoon to my morning muesli and mix it in with almond milk. It keeps my digestive system sweet. A really good way of taking collegen.

I love this product. Very healthy and tastes great ( I make mine with milk ) This doesn't bloat me like whey protein shakes do. It's great knowing everything in it is good stuff. Would also recommend their instant bone broth powder satchets, yummy.
