I think it was good, taste was ok. I only took a sample of 3 diets so I'm not sure of health benefit. Maybe it benefitted? But then I had this question: When oranges & lemons also have collagen, will this be value for money? Don't know.

authentic collagen, but the strawberry taste wasn't great. I wanted to see if it had a great strawberry taste, but it fell short very much. It's good for skin and hair.
