Great product for the price!
I cannot stand my rubber mini bands when doing lower body workouts because they roll over and slide up. I was looking for a fabric band that would not break the bank and found these. Three different bands for different levels of resistance. First time I use them I did monster walks, diagonal walks, clams, bridges and squats. I couldn't walk for 2 days!! Would definitely recommend.
