I bought these for the Aminos in them. They say its also an energy drink. It has caffeine in it, but caffeine does not affect me, so I cannot speak to the energy effects. But the aminos seem to work for sore muscles after working out. They have a great taste, but some seem a little too sweet for my liking. My kids and their friends like them. I continue to buy these and would recommend them.

Doesnt have a strong coconut flavor, better tasting zero sugar energy drink.

I usually buy the Amin.o energy powder and decided to switch to these so that I can limit my caffeine intake. These taste great and with only 100mg of caffeine, I get a good energy level with the hydration benefit and no jitters. I've been using Amin.o energy for years and recommend to anyone who wants the effect of a pre-workout without the itching, jitters, and crash.

Not that good of a flavor. It's basically all the other ones with the flavor subtracted for a hint of coconut/? I would take one of the other flavors over this one any day. It just taste like a flavorless carbonated soda. Not bad/ not really good either. Watermelon is still my favorite.

This one is good , brand is good brand between this one , raspberry , grape . Personally grape is the better one , raspberry has a little tart kick which I like. This one is ok , not bad
