Covershoot Cosmetics Neon Eyeshadow Palette 6 Colour

Extremely chalky, lot's of fallout. However, with a few coats you can get some colour pay off. Yellow has practically no pigment, I had to apply about 8/10 layers in order to get the colour pay off I was looking for, but turned out decent in the end. Although more expensive I recommend the Sleek 'ultra mattes V1 (brights)' palette if you are looking for neon/bright colours. Overall, decent for the price point but frustrating to work with nonetheless.
