Easy setup with Microsoft Surface
Easy setup and works well connecting my Surface Pro to my 49 inch Philips monitor along with my laptop.

Great product with one caveat
I've been looking for a dock for my M3 MacBook Pro that will support two external monitors. This does the trick but keep in mind that it uses Displaylink Manager which functionally must be similar to screen mirroring to an iPad. YouTube TV will not work at all when mirroring expanding the screen. Other than that it's perfect. Two 4K monitors running smoothly in addition to the laptop screen is what I needed.

Garbage
Fresh drivers, restart, reinstall, power off and on. All the typical TS steps and this thing is a paper weight. Absolutely trash that doesn't work. I will be issuing a refund after a little more troubleshooting if it doesn't start detecting my monitors.

works great
This USB-C Hub supports a MS Surface and 3 HDMI monitors without issue. The hub I have at work drops the 3rd monitor intermittently. This one works all the time.

Buyer Beware. **Updated**
Dock didn't last three months before it died in the middle of my workday. It failed and will no longer turn on and is not recognized by multiple laptops. Power supply is good.***Updated***After posting this review about the failed product, the manufacture reached out fairly quickly and asked if they could replace it or provide a full refund. As I had already procured a different dock, I elected for a refund, which they promptly provided. Despite the failure of the unit, they provided an outstanding customer service action without any expectations on my part over the initial one star review.

Excellent Dock
We have 7 of these in our main office. Setup is straight forward and easy. We've used these for over a year and haven't had a single issue. They're currently being used on different models of Laptops and Macs

Runs 3 monitors + ethernet
this will drive 3 Dell 21” monitors from a laptop with no discrete graphics card… and run ethernet as well, so it does what we want. it doesnt have alot of usb ports tho, and as for power delivery im not sure. ive yet to find a hub that doesn’t, under this load, cause the laptop to get hot. maybe its the laptop (hp) or just overall design. at least the hub itself is quiet ( unlike an expensive Hp hub we tried)

Almost a perfect solution
This docking station works with all my computers( a big plus ), the issue is the main usb-c port that connects to the computer doesn’t seem to charge the laptop, like other docking stations, It’s not a deal breaker for some, but for me I may return this item and find one that will charge the laptop.
