I can’t smell it but very pretty

No it is not a climbing plant it a shrub

If they are strong as it would be in a very windy and exposed place?

We have grown our from a little twig, and was supported at 1st, it with holds high winds 40 approx and is in a north facing garden, as long as it has sun half the day and has some shelter like a fence, its ok, I've trained my as you see in the video. Hope this is of some help
