It is great , does the job right, no need to buy an expensive one. This is great!

The first time I purchased this item, after 6 months, it died. Motor burned out. I loved it enough to think that was a fluke and ordered a second dryer March 6, 2025. It died by November, 2025. The motor runs, but the brushes no longer rotate. I feel that I have no one to turn to, no recourse, no money back. Loved the concept - it just doesn't last. And I ALWAYS have it on the lowest setting! This is trash and I should be refunded. Two strikes - and you're out! Poor quality. Won't last. Amazon? Anyone?

A great accessory even for this curly hair woman! I found with my mixed hair, the key is to section hair in 4s, dry each section very well, then turn on the rotator part to get the sleek deisred straightening, use a good protective serum. Then a flat iron for finishing touches ! Its a Powerful little drying brush!

was excited to receive this product but it does not work well. It stops rotate if try to begin begun at hair root to ends of my bobbed hair. Returned

This thermal hairstyling brush, or whatever you choose to call it, is of very poor quality. It does not function properly; the motor scarcely moves, and it tends to pull and damage hair. Unfortunately, I must return it to UPS. I had hoped to resolve the issue quickly or to simply drop it off at Whole Foods and be done with it. I would advise against investing your money in this product.
