I’ve been using these for a long time, and they work great for my dog. I’ve noticed over the years that the cheese flavored ones seem to hold the get better. Sometimes some of the varieties are a bit crumbled. Not sure if it’s a shipping issue or what but even then it’s not a big deal.

If giving your dog medicine is a real chore, you need these pill pockets! They are so easy to use and my dog loves them - he gobbles them down, doesn’t even realize he just took a pill, and begs for another one. No more spitting out pills or worrying about whether or not he actually got his medicine. The price here on Amazon is great for the large size bag too! If you have a finicky dog, you definitely need to try these!

I had struggled getting my dog to take his daily pill until I tried Pill Pockets. Now he eagerly comes to get his pill in the morning when he hears the bag crinkling. Let’s talk about that bag for a moment though. The bag is the reason I’ve deducted a star. I’ve used these for nearly 6 years and at some point in the last few years Greenies decided to cheap out on the ziplock part of the bag. After a while, it will separate from the sides, so the bag no longer seals properly. You’re forced to dump the remaining pill pockets into a different container or use something to clip the bag together. This was a disappointing, unnecessary change.

Pill Pockets from Amazon are always fresher, more pliable and easier to use than the ones I buy at a local big box store. Those always seem to be dried out and stale.

These are worth their weight in gold! I had to give my dog some medication at an odd time of day so I couldn’t put it in his dinner and he wolfed the medication down when it was in the pocket with a little bit of spray cheese for good measure!
