Hoped i just needed a new charger so I bought this. It's the Watch, just over a year old. Trust me, save your time on buying a Fit bit Ace because in theory it's great but it is just not. The "cell service" on them is terrible & a secret of which companies towers they use. I needed to know because the area i live in. They refused to disclose that. This charger looks great but we ended up getting apple bc Google, your Ace is a bust! Make you pay for a year's service up front that barely works & there are no refunds. Whole year down the drain bc I'm not buying another one.

It doesn’t charge the watch because it doesn’t attach well, or it falls off throughout the day. Wouldn’t recommend.

Does not hold the watch very well and loses connection because of it. It does not hold on to the watch like the adapter that comes with the watch. I don't know if the magnets are not strong enough or what the issue is. Unfortunately because of that we have had numerous times that the next day the watch was not charged.

Works great! Kids love it as they feel like a grown up with it lol. No complaints so far.

Loose fit so u gotta watch the install after a few uses
