These wooden dowels were exactly what I needed to create custom bird perches. The wood is sturdy, smooth, and free of splinters, making them safe and comfortable for my birds. Highly recommend for any bird owner looking to DIY their perches!

I made bird bridges... Was even able to drill little holes to thread string. They didn't even try to break!

I'm not sure how much there is to say about some basic wooden dowels, but I can say these ones are great haha! They arrived completely unbroken. They are all straight and feel nice and sturdy, and not a single one had any issues. I got these primarily for hanging a few things in my craft room. I used one to hang a banner / flag and another for hanging spools of ribbon on my peg board. I'm sure I'll find plenty of uses for the other eight dowels as well. At just about $1 apiece, they are a good value, especially as straight and sturdy as they are. Can recommend!

The are solid dowel rods that pre cut to 12" inches in length. there are no imperfections in the dowel or funkiness to the grain. They are nicely finished with no sharp edges. The ends of the dowels are not rounded are are a pure crosscut of the dowel.

I really have to stop writing these reviews late at night! This 10-piece wooden dowel rod was perfect for my needs. They were easy to score with with a craft knife, and then me to wrap the copper wire around them for some help growing house plants.
