Does not retract properly
Does not work as it should, always gets tangled or caught preventing it retracting. Not fit for purpose.

Ok I have not tested it with 4k or 3d. And I do not believe it is meant for that. What I have tested if for is 1080p from my laptop to the office screen. And wit orks perfect for that. It saves space in my laptop bag and works perfectly, no issues. this was the intended reason for my purchase and the product does exactly that.

Great compact HDMI cable to use on the move
Bought this for my EDC (Every Day Carry) setup for travelling to different offices and locations as a consultant/contractor.Copes well with most situations and retracts back to a compact form-factor to fit in a tech bag. Seems to cope with most resolutions at a basic level and can go up to at least 1600p @ 60HZ which is enough to use for basic situations where you need to plug a laptop into a screen or projector. Anything more hardcore, you'd probably want higher spec cables anyway.Only thing is the 1.8M can be a little short sometimes, but nothing that cannot be worked around.
