CONTAINS MILK - NOT ALLERGEN FRIENDLY
This contains milk!!! If you have a dairy allergy you cannot have this as IT CONTAINS SODIUM CASEINATE A MILK-DERIVED PROTEIN. I'm beyond disappointed as I thought that I had finally found a dairy free option of my favorite tea since it said "non dairy creamer" but I can't drink it because of the sodium caseinate. If I could give it zero stars I would. Total waste of money.

Pretty Good! Above all, Convenient!
The instructions didn’t mention milk, so I didn’t use any. Maybe if I had, the drinks would taste more like what I'd get at boba tea shops. They were super simple to prepare. I used a styrofoam cup and the hot water dispenser from my water machine. I stirred the hot water and powder together with the provided straw. Then, I microwaved the boba pearls for 30 seconds (in a bowl) and poured them into my cup. The texture of the pearls is bouncy, just like at boba tea shops. The sweetness was surprisingly good (but I did make this tea with 2 cups of hot water). Okay, maybe it’s a bit too sweet for just one cup of hot water!

NOT DAIRY FREE
I was so excited to get this since my sister has a severe dairy allergy. Amazon labeled it as Dairy Free in their description because it uses dairy free creamer instead of milk. When I received the box I saw that it said “Contains milk” and was confused. I bought 3 different flavors, all dairy free creamer, and each said the same. After a bit of investigation I found that “Sodium Caseinate” is considered a dairy product and is not safe for vegans or people with a dairy allergy. Very disappointed.

Tastes great. Homemade boba tea.
3 servings in the package. 3 packs of tea powder and 3 packs of tapioca pearls. Included are also 3 paper straws. Very easy to prepare. Tastes wonderful. Nice and sweet. Rich and creamy too even though it's non-dairy creamer. Tapioca pearls are adequately chewy ... great texture. Tastes like what you will get in the mall. Overall, a great pack of boba tea which you can make at home.

meh flavor, tapioca exploded
Followed directions to microwave tapioca pack but it still blew up in the microwave. Adding to the frustration, while the tea wasn't bad it was still overly sweetened and very obviously an instant tea lacking in flavor.
