An okay product that feels cheap
Brought this as a replacement charger for my MacBook it arrived quickly however i feel it looks and feels quite cheap the little bit of plastic that connects to the charging port broken off quite quickly now leaving part of the wiring exposed not to happy about that. Other then that the charger is not too bad I would have to think really hard about buying another one.

Great replacement charger
I originally bought this one as my Mac one died on me, I've had this charger for over 6 months now and works great. The adapters that come with it are compact and so useful, especially if you travel a lot. I love that the charger head you place in the computer is much bigger and bulkier than the mac one, it doesn't get knocked out so easily. Only down side was I wish the cord was a little longer, but all in all a great replacement charger.

This is poor quality and after only 2 months does not work HOW DO I GET A REFUND ?
I was initially happy with this charger but it has now fallen apart and only works occasionally if I sellotape it to the laptopUpdate 20th December 2018This has now stopped working altogether- How do I get a refund for faulty goods?

Magnetic connector fell out. Customer service excellent
After less than a month of having the charger the magnetic part of the charger came off and was stuck in the carging port of my laptop. It was extremely difficult to get out and I now do not trust the charger at all as it will just spark if this problem happens again.Customer service were quick to reply and were able to offer a refund or replacement. Product 1star, service 5star.

Waste of money.
Really bad, lasted a month of use just charging my laptop at home before the wires started breaking and it stopped charging properly. Finally gave up the ghost when part of the charger detached completely and got stuck in my laptops charging port. No good at all, don’t waste your money.

Works just a good as an Apple one
Obviously this not a genuine Apple charger but works just as good, even the light changes colour depending on the battery status.

Lasted a month.
This arrived on August 22nd. It lasted 1 month and 2 days, without using it very much at all. Avoid at all costs.
