Not what I expected. A bit on the cheap side but for the price it isn’t bad. Not sure if I’d trust it as a life preserver but it looks good as a decoration.

Please note that I ordered this to use as a decorative item. I have no idea how effective it might be for use as a safety device. It looks like it will float, but I have not put it in water. As a decorative piece, it looks pretty good. Will match a nautical or beach theme. It is lightweight and can easily be mounted on a wall, fence, etc.

The cover is a very thin nylon that looks like it was hand sewn and not very well done. I’m not sure this will stand up to being hung by our pool all summer long. Time will tell.
