I really liked these until one of the plates cracked in the microwave. I’m not sure why because I have been using these in the microwave for a few months now and they were ok. For some reason though, this time it cracked in half. Now I only have 3 large plates left from the set. I would have ordered more but now I'm afraid it will happen again. These aren’t exactly cheap plates and not worth the money if they won’t last long enough. I would suggest only buying these to have as nice plates used occasionally or non microwaved food. They seem to work fine in the dishwasher, but apparently not always in the microwave. They are also easily chipped so are definitely fragile. The colors are beautiful though and are nicely made so I’m sad they didn’t work as I’d hoped.
