I get active injuries, as I am a professional Martial Artists, and Armwrestler by hobby. It helps to feel your strength back when you are weak after any injury or you want to do strength training. It's not for Body Building but for vital stretching and strength training. My friend bullied me for buying this as he felt it was too light, but little did he know that working out with this in 2-3 circles will drench him in abyss. This product is strong and effective, for therapic use, stretching, light workout.
