No power in this power pack.
Unfortunately, the Power Bank 23800mAh has been a huge disappointment. Despite its promising specs, I couldn't get any power out of this device. We've tried multiple times with different cables and devices, but it simply doesn't seem to be working at all.The whole point of a power bank is reliability, especially when you're on the go, but this one has let us down completely. The fast charging feature and large capacity sounded great on paper, but they're useless if the device doesn’t even work. We were hoping to use it for travel, but it's been more of a hassle than anything else. The build quality also feels subpar, with the device seeming flimsy and not as durable as expected. Considering the price and the claims made in the product description, this has been a frustrating find. I expected much better performance, and now I'm left with a bulky piece of kit that doesn't do what it's supposed to. Would not recommend this power bank to anyone – there are definitely better options out there.

Around half the advertised capactiy
This looked to be a bargain price for a 23800mah battery pack. After fully charging it and discharging it, it appears to be only around half of the advertised capacity. Just over 10,000mah. The constant overstating of the capacity of cheap power banks is extremely frustrating and bad practice. Very fed up with it so have dropped 3 stars. The physical quality of the power bank seems to be good and it has a handy screen which states the state of charge as a percentage. The price for 10,000mah is quite fair, but the misleading advertising is just wrong.

Power Bank 23800mAh
I had low expectations for this sub £10 power bank, but it has surprised me a little. At just over 400g, it is quite weighty, but measures a 17600mAh, or 74% of rated capacity. (Most power banks exaggerate this.) The bank also states 88Wh, measured 65Wh - again 74%.Most impressive though it the supported outputs with BOTH USB-A ports supporting SuperFast charging on my Huawei and up to 25W, while the USB-C port also supports PD3.0 up to 22W, I really hadn't expected this from such a cheap power bank. See photos for full details.✅Quite stylish in appearance and feels good quality✅Clear LED display shows percentage and it's fairly accurate!✅Capable of supporting fast charging of many devicesPositive bargain at £10. Grab it while you can!➗

OK.
Capacity has been exaggerated as is usual for these things. I measured it to be about 70% of it’s stated capacity. I know there has to be some overhead to protect cells for over discharge but it’s about time that ‘usable capacity’ rather than ‘total capacity’ should be stated. The power bank performs well and seems to be well-made.

Not to specification but good power bank
This power bank is not particularly bad; however, it only seems to have a 10,000mAh capacity, which is still quite substantial but nowhere near what is advertised. However, it does support fast charging as advertised, and the percentage display is really cool looking. So, it is not a completely bad choice, but go into it knowing that the capacity is severely overstated.

Has rounded sides so can not be stood on them.
The 'Power Bank 23800mAh, Large Portable Charger for Travel, 22.5W Power Bank Fast Charging PD3.0 QC4.0, Battery Pack Phone Charger with USB-C (In & Out)' Arrived in a printed box that also contained a USB A to USB C power cable and User Guide. The power bank arrived with a 75% charge so was immediately put on charge to bring it to its maximum capacity. The power bank has rounded edges so it is not stable on its sides, it must be laid on its back or front when in use. After connecting the power bank to a rechargeable fan, I left the fan to charge without issue.
