Good to use for fat digestion if you have had gall bladder removed.
I take these when eating any fried or fatty type food due to having gall bladder removed. Helps with fat digestion. Have used for 7 years.

They work!
Ill give these a 5 star because they work well! Ive figured out my sweet spot is one a day with my heaviest meal. I had my GB out 5 years ago and when I asked the doctor if I needed to change my diet he said a resounding ‘no’. I spent a lot of time in agony with a plugged up system. Getting on a keto diet made things even worse. I plan on taking them as long as needed.
